Board of directors
The following were the founding Directors of the said company:-
i) Edward Muriu Kamau – Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
ii) Hon. Peter Kenneth – MP Gatanga constituency and Assistant Minister for State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030
iii) M. Nyambura Kamau – Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
iv) James Mburu – Businessman (Nairobi)
v) Joseph Ndarwa – Businessman (Nairobi)
vi) Mwangi Kifaiya – Businessman (Nairobi)
vii) Dr. Anthony Njoroge Monyo – Medical Doctor
The company held its first Annual General Meeting on the 23rd March 2004 whereupon four of the above mentioned directors retired paving way for a new Board made of the following:-

ii) Mwangi Kibaiya – Businessman (Nairobi)
iii) Dr. Anthony Njoroge Monyo – Medical Doctor
iv) Mary Anne Mugo – Insurance Official
v) Seraphina Ngugi – Businesslady (Nairobi)
vi) Joseph Z. Mwangi – Economics Consultant
vii) Carolyne W. Mwaura – Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
viii) Anthony Karanja – Businessman (Nairobi)
